29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(i): Unused openings in boxes, raceways, auxiliary gutters, cabinets, equipment cases, or housings were not effectively closed to afford protection substantially equivalent to the wall of the equipment. On or about February 6, 2024, where employees were exposed to electrical hazards while working around open box in Sawmill 1 building. M & H Crates, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1576879, citation number 1 , item number 6, and was affirmed as a final order on August 25, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 4022 FM 347 North, Jacksonville, Texas 75766.
