29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) 382-393 Nicker Jack Way, Chatham Bay, Dover, DE 19901: On or about February 5, 2024, employee(s) conducted framing activities on a second-floor roof and window of a residential structure, approximately 10 feet above the lower level, without fall protection. b) 382-393 Nicker Jack Way, Chatham Bay, Dover, DE 19901: On or about February 5, 2024, employee(s) conducted framing activities on a second-floor open window, approximately 10 feet above the lower level, without fall protection. The Road Contractor Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1698680, citation number 02001, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/27/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 619 N Maple Ave, Ho-Ho-Kus NJ 07423.
