29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.7 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): a) Lot 579 Macleish Street Middletown, DE 19709: On or about February 5, 2024, employees conducting framing activities on a residential structure, approximately 12 feet above grade, without fall protection. The Road Contractor Corp was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501 (B)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number_1643517_, citation number_1_, item number_1_ and was affirmed as a final order on June 14, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at Lenox Drive AKA Block 1248.40 Lot 36/37, Lakewood NJ.
