29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage: On or about December 13, 2023, at Foot Locker Retail, Inc. on 250 Granite Street, Ste 1077A, Braintree, MA 02184, employees were blocked from accessing an electrical panel where the working space in front of the electrical panel was used for storage of storage boxes and shoes boxes. Foot Locker was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i)(B) , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1659012, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on August 15, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at Foot Locker Retail, Inc. 514 Stanton Christiana Road, Newark, DE 19702.
