29 CFR 1910.219(i)(2): Bolt(s), nuts, or setscrews used in shaft coupling(s) extended beyond the flange of the coupling and were not covered with safety sleeve(s): (a) 156 West Harrisburg Ave, Elizabethtown, PA; Production/Packaging room - On or about October 4, 2023, the spindle ends on the Line 1 conveyor were not guarded which exposed employees to a caught-in hazard. Frozen Food Development was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1910.305(b)(1)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1558606, citation number 1, item number 10, group letter (b); and was affirmed as a final order on 6/01/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 156 West Harrisburg Avenue Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania. Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.
