29 CFR 1910.304(e)(1)(ii): The service disconnecting means did not plainly indicate whether it is in the open or closed position: a) Radford Army Ammunition Plant Piccolo area: On or about 10/25/2023, the 440-volts Master switch used to supply power to the pumps motor room, the open or closed positions eroded. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
