29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section: On or about October 11, 2023, employees were performing residential construction activities from scaffold platforms at heights of ten (10) feet or greater without the use of a fall protection system, exposing employees to fall hazards. Federico Gutierrez dba., FG Masonry was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1558637, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on November 24, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 3302 Verona Drive, Corinth, TX 76210. Federico Gutierrez dba., FG Masonry was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1591057, citation number 1, item number 3a and was affirmed as a final order on August 17, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 12635 Mercer Parkway in Farmers Branch, TX.
