29 CFR 1926.1051(a): Stairways or ladders were not provided at all personnel points of access where there was a break in elevation of 19 inches (48 cm) or more, and no ramp, runway, sloped embankment, or personnel hoist was provided: Jobsite: 1. Bldg A, front unit: Employees, accessing the 1st floor via the front or garage entrance, were not provided with a stairway, ladder or ramp. 2. Bldg A, rear unit: Employees, accessing the 1st floor via the front or garage entrance, were not provided with a stairway, ladder or ramp. 3. Bldg B, rear unit: Employees, accessing the 1st floor via the front or garage entrance, were not provided with a stairway, ladder or ramp. RS Framing Experts Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.1051(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1382846, citation number 1, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on April 30, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 47 Richard Rd., Needham, MA 02492.
