On or about September 6, 2023, on the dry dock, items such as but not limited to uncovered cords, cables, and hoses were placed on walkways. a) On or about September 6, 2023, employees were exposed to an uncovered cable near the supervisor's office. a) On or about September 6, 2023, employees were exposed to an uncovered hose near the fabrication area by the NexAir Oxygen storage.
