29 CFR 1910.134(f)(1): The employer did not ensure that employee(s) required to use a tight-fitting facepiece respirator passed the appropriate qualitative fit test (QLFT) or quantitative fit test (QNFT): Facilities at 940 and 950 Wellington Avenue, Cranston RI: On or about August 15, 2023, the employer did not ensure that employees required to use a tight-fitting facepiece respirator passed the appropriate fit test in the: a.) Corian shop (Building 940) and b.) Stone fabrication shop (Building 950) Stone Depot of Rhode Island, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1910.134(f)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1549750, citation number 1 item number 3c and was affirmed as a final order on February 25, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 940 Wellington Avenue, Cranston, Rhode Island.
