29 CFR 1910.141(b)(1)(iii): Portable drinking water dispensers were not designed, constructed, and serviced so that sanitary conditions are maintained. a) On or about August 15, 2023, at the US Postal Service, Cata�o DMDU Annex - water fountains, brand Feel Well Alpine, were found very unkempt, including surrounding area. This condition can expose employees to bacteriological hazards. NOTE: Certification and documentation of abatement must be submitted for this citation item as required by CFR 1903.19(c) and (d), respectively.
