29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a) Production Floor: On or about July 31, 2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to electrical and fire hazards, in that electrical conductors, supplying power to the air compressor, were run through flexible metal conduit and into a wall mounted electrical junction box where the conduit was not connected to the box which would have provided strain relief to the terminal connections of these conductors.
