29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. On or about July 19, 2023, subcontractor employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 10 feet while performing roofing activities on a residential home located at 2705 Northview Road, Rocky River, Ohio 44116. The subcontractor employees were working on all areas of the roof and the controlling employer did not do frequent and regular inspections to verify compliance with fall protection requirements.
