29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: On or about June 28, 2023, on site of a residential structure located at 23094 Bel Conto Road in Boca Raton, Florida, employees performing roof work where exposed to a fall hazard prior to the employer providing those employees with training for them to recognize the hazards of falling and the proper use of the fall protection equipment. All Phase Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1604895, citation number 2, item number 2(b) and was affirmed as a final order on January 25, 2023 , with respect to a workplace located at 1304 Brinely Place, Lot 322, Lake Worth, Florida 33460.
