29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: Location: Worksite On or about June 22, 2023, employees were exposed to fall hazards of more than 20 feet from a rooftop to the ground below, where untrained employees were unable to recognize or avoid the hazards, or to wear and use personal fall arrest systems. The employees were not trained on ladders, fall hazards, fall protection, or PPE, and did not receive any other safety or health training from the employer.
