29 CFR 1910.147(d)(2): The machine or equipment was not turned off or shut down using the procedures established for the machine or equipment: a) 18752 Harbeson Road in Harbeson, DE 19951 (Deboning area): On or about June 23, 2023, the employer did not ensure employees turned off or shut down Mayekawa Toridas, Model - ML-04R/Serial - 2392 equipment, using the procedures established for the machine or equipment, prior to engaging in servicing or maintenance, in the chicken deboning equipment exposing employees to amputation hazards. Allen Harim Foods, LLC, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.147(d)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1339370, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on June 6, 2019 with respect to a workplace located at 18752 Harbeson, DE 19951.
