29 CFR 1910.179(j)(2)(iv): Monthly inspections of hoist chains, with a certification record which includes the date of inspection, the signature of the person who performed the inspection and an identifier of the chain which was inspected, were not performed: a) Innovative Metals Inc / Crane located on top of the ZIB-RIB /Rollformer line: Monthly inspections with written certifications were not performed on the hoist chains of the HARRINGTON 3 TON CRANE, Serial Number 353799, MODEL #ER1A-714, the crane is use weekly to rig the Zip Rib Machine located in the Rollformer line. Observed on or about 06/07/2023. b) Innovative Metals Inc / Crane located on top of the Decoiler /Rollformer line: Monthly inspections with written certifications were not performed on the hooks of the HARRINGTON 3 TON CRANE, S/N 116490, MODEL #ER1A-469, the crane is use daily to rig the coils of metal sheets onto the Decoiler machine located in the Rollformer line. Observed on or about 06/07/2023
