29 CFR 1926.451(c)(3):Supported scaffold poles, legs, post, frames, and/or uprights were not plumb and braced to prevent swaying and displacement: On or about May 31, 2023, employees performing plastering activities on a residential construction site were observed working on a scaffold platform that was not braced as to prevent swaying. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards greater than 6 feet from lower levels. Victor Olvera was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(c)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1634256, citation number 2, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on February 10, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 10632 Hidden Chapel El Paso, TX 79924. Victor Olvera was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(c)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1516436, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on May 24, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at Solarie Apartments Unit 440 Marbella St. El Paso, TX 79912.
