29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: a) On or about March 29th, 2023, and times prior, the employer, Western Air Flight Academy, an American Flight School dba Western Air Flight Academy, LLC, had not developed and implemented a written hazard communication program to protect employees from exposure to hazardous chemicals to include or address elements related to exposure to chemicals including but not limited to, Lead, Cadmium, isopropyl alcohol and methyl ethyl ketone.
