29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i): The dimension of the working space in the direction of access to live parts operating at 600 volts or less and likely to require examination, adjustment, servicing, or maintenance while alive was less than indicated in Table S1: a) Office Storage Closet - Employees required to access a one hundred and ten (110) volt electrical panel were exposed to fire hazards in that there was not sufficient access and working space maintained around electric panels, on or about March 1, 2023. b) Maintenance Room - Employees required to access electrical panels ranging from one hundred and ten (110) volts to four hundred and eighty (480) volts were exposed to fire hazards in that there was not sufficient access and working space maintained around electric panels, on or about March 1, 2023. c) Packaging Area Storage Room - Employees required to access two electrical panels rated one hundred and twenty (120) volts and four hundred and eighty (480) volts were exposed to fire hazards in that there was not sufficient access and working space maintained around electric panels, on or about March 1, 2023.
