29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1):Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed: Worksite located at 1180 NW Buckner Tarsney Road, Grain Valley, Missouri- Employees were exposed to a fall hazard in that the ladders being used to access the upper landing surfaces did not extend at least 3 feet above the upper landing surface. The Miranda Construction Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or it's equivalent standard 1926.1053(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1523066, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 8-31-21, with respect to a workplace located at 15716 W. 171st Terrace, Olathe, Kansas.
