29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: Worksite located at 6309 NW 58th Terrace, Kansas City, Missouri: Employees were exposed to fall hazards while working on the level above the garage approximately 11 feet above the ground were not protected from falling by the use of any means of fall protection. The Pedroza Framing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1489041, citation number 1, item number 4, and was affirmed as a final order on February 9, 2021, with respect to a workplace located a 4400 88th St, Kansas City, MO 64118.
