29 CFR 1926.451(a)(6): Scaffolds were not designed by a qualified person. Location - 21 Ellis St. Framingham, MA; On or about 11/03/2022, employees were working from a man-made scaffold platform that was not designed by a qualified person. The Hulk Construction Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(a)(6), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1583317, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/24/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 203 Marrett Road, Lexington, MA 02420.
