29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1):Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: a) On or about October 13, 2022, and at times prior thereto, a fire extinguisher, located by the front roll up door, was blocked by a 55 gallon drum exposing employees to hazards associated with fire. b) On or about October 19, 2022, and at times prior thereto, a fire extinguisher was blocked by the metal saw exposing employees to hazards associated with fire. c) On or about October 19, 2022, and at times prior thereto, a fire extinguisher, located on the side of the paint booth, was blocked by cardboard boxes and other materials exposing employees to hazards associated with fire.
