29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1):Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: a) 325 Ruthar Drive Newark, DE 19711 (DMP Area): On or about October 13, 2022, adjacent to the disconnects located in the DMP, the access space at the front of the switch disconnects were blocked with boxes and trash receptacles exposing employees to trip hazards in the event of an emergency. United Parcel Service, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.303(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1423749, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on (5/11/2020), with respect to a workplace located at 21171 NYS Route 12F, NY 13602.
