29 CFR 1926.451(g)(2): The employer did not have a competent person determine the feasibility and safety of providing fall protection for employees erecting or dismantling supported scaffolds: On or about September 29, 2022, at 4295 Davie Road Extension, FL 33024, an employee was erecting a scaffold without a competent person to ensure fall protection was used, thereby exposing the workers to a 10-11 feet fall hazard to ground level. Sabra Services, Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1440523, citation number 01, item number 002b, issued on 04/06/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 871 Oakland Park Blvd, Florida 33311, which became a final order on 04/30/2020.
