29 CFR 1915.89(q)(1): The employer did not ensure that the audit was performed by an authorized employee other than the one(s) currently using the energy-control procedure being reviewed: a) Tecnico: On or about 07/20/2022, the employer failed to conduct an annual audit of their lockout/tagout-plus program as it pertains to vessels and related employment facilities. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
