29 CFR 1926.501(b)(4)(i): Each employee on walking/working surfaces was not protected from tripping or stepping into or through floor holes. a) Jobsite located at 913 N 26th St, Philadelphia PA: Employees were performing hand demolition while standing within two feet of a 12-foot by 12-foot first floor structure with uncovered floor holes, exposing employees to potential fall heights of 10 feet above the next lower level. Condition noted on June 28, 2022. RLC Contractors, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(4), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1561543, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 5-23-2022, with respect to a workplace located at 3729-31 Lancaster Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19104.
