29 CFR 1926.452(j)(2): Poles were not secured to the structure by rigid triangular bracing or equivalent at the bottom, top, and other points as necessary. Jobsite - On or about June 15, 2022, the support poles for the pump jack scaffolding system at both the front and side of the building were not secured at the bottom to prevent kick out or collapse of the system while in use. LG Services, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1396884, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on August 16, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 149 Portsmouth Ave. in Strafford, NH.
