29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: a) Meadow Gold Dairy, Ice Cream Freezer: On or about June 14, 2022 and at times prior, employees were exposed to entrapment hazards with the exit door of the freezer being blocked by a pallet of ice. DFA Dairy Brands Fluid, LLC (dba: Meadow Gold Dairy) was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1528324, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/18/21, with respect to a workplace located at 312 3rd Ave. South, Great Falls, MT 59405.
