29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards while working on a residential worksite. This was most recently documented on or about June 3, 2022, at a jobsite located at 1810 Red Orchard Way, Liberty, Missouri. The employer failed to ensure exposed employees were protected from falls while they were working at elevation of over six (6) feet on this residential worksite.
