29 CFR 1910.1025(l)(1)(i): Employee(s) working in an area where there is potential exposure to airborne lead at any level were not informed of the content of Appendices A and B of 29 CFR 1910.1025: COMPANY-WIDE: On or about February 22, 2022, the employer, having employees who were potentially exposed to airborne lead while firearms were being tested and serviced, did not provide training regarding the health hazards of lead or the key provisions of the Lead Standard as required by Appendices A and B of 29 CFR 1910.1025. Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing, Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1910.1025(l)(1)(i)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1342306, citation number 1, item number 5b and was affirmed as a final order on January 24, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 100 Burritt Street, New Britain, CT.
