29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1):Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use: (a) On February 8, 2022 and times prior, at or near 300 Mandan Avenue in Mandan, North Dakota, for the employee exposed to chemical hazards where the employer did not provide the Safety Data Sheets which provides critical information for the safe handling and use of the chemicals at the facility.
