Establishment - The employer's written hazard communication program did not include a complete list of the hazardous chemicals used at the facility including but not limited to Lime Away and Comet Classic Antibacterial Spray Cleaner. Dollar Tree Stores was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1440331, citation number 1, item number 3(a) and was affirmed as a final order on October 25, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 8020 S. 84th Street, La Vista, NE.
