29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(ii):Employee training did not include the physical and health hazards of the chemicals in the work area: On or about December 14, 2021 employees powder painting with material containing Triglycidylisocyanurate (TGIC) and employees washing metal with a diluted water/acid mixture were not trained on the health effects of TGIC and iron phosphate. The Out of the Blue Finishing Solutions Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number1380195 citation number 1 , item number 3 nd was affirmed as a final order on May 21, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 950 Green Valley Road, Beaver Dam, WI.
