29 CFR 1926.502(f)(1)(i): When no mechanical equipment was being used the warning line was not erected at least 6 feet (1.8m) from the roof edge. When no mechanical equipment was in use, the employer failed to ensure that warning lines were erected at least 6 feet (1.8m) from the roof edge. The condition was most recently observed on or about 11/08/2021 at a commercial building located at 801 Assembly Parkway in Fenton, MO. Geissler Roofing Company, Inc. had not erected warning lines at least 6 feet from the roof edge to protect employees while working on low-sloped roofs. The employees were installing roofing materials on the roof, which was approximately 42 feet above the ground, without the proper use of a warning line system.
