29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii):Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided that will prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints and/or terminal screws. (a) Jobsite - On or about October 27, 2021 the employer did not ensure the cable on a fan by the Scragg edger had strain relief provided, exposing employees to electrical shock.
