29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: a. 1600 West Blancke Street, Linden, NJ - Production Area The employer did not develop a written hazard communication program that included criteria describing labels, training, and the use of safety data sheets. Employees engaged in the manufacture of resins used chemicals that included, but were not limited to propane, Methyl Ethel Ketone, and Isopropyl alcohol, where the employer did not develop a written program. Violation occurred on or about October 19, 2021
