29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: a) Warehouse Area: On or about 10/18/2021 the employer exposed employees to fire hazards, in that a (ABC) portable fire extinguisher was not mounted to allow access to an employee in case of an emergency.
