29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: (a) Worksite: On or about 9/24/2021, the employer did not maintain a clear working space in front of two circuit breaker panels in the shop area that were used to power equipment. West Warwick Welding, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1187975, citation number 1, item number 4-c, and was affirmed as a final order on 12-22-2016, with respect to a workplace located at 970 Main Street West Warwick, RI 02893.
