29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:(a) (LOCATION) (IDENTIFY SPECIFIC OPERATION(S) AND/OR CONDITIONS) On the job site, a portable ladder was being utilized in which did not extend 3 feet above the roof's edge, exposing employees to a fall hazard, on or about May 12, 2021. The Domingos 54 Construction Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.503(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1416242, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/21/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 9756-9760 Pembrook Pines, Ruskin, FL 33570. The Domingos 54 Construction Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.503(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1388590, citation number 1 , item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/24/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 13319 Saw Palm Creek Trail, Lakewood Ranch, FL.
