29 CFR 1910.219(e)(1)(i): Horizontal belts which had both runs seven feet or less from the floor level were not guarded with a guard that extended to at least fifteen inches above the belt: Machine Shop: On, or about, May 6, 2021, guards/covers were not provided for the change speed belt opening on the top of the ACR-A-MILL vertical milling machine, asset number 0020829. Abatement Note: A guard or cover over the opening is sufficient to eliminate the hazard.
