29 CFR 1910.157(g)(1): Where the employer has provided portable fire extinguishers for employee use in the workplace, the employer did not provide an educational program to familiarize employees with the general principles of fire extinguisher use and the hazards involved with incipient stage fire fighting: a. At the facility located at 1125 Cranleigh Ave, in Deland, Florida; On or about April 14, 2021, the employer exposed employees to hazards related to fire, in that employees were exposed to extinguish incipient fires, but were not provided with fire extinguisher training for incipient stage fire fighting.
