29 CFR 1910.1052(l)(1):The employer did not provide information and training for each affected employee prior to or at the time of initial assignment to a job involving potential exposure to methylene chloride: a) Woodworking Area - On or about February 5, 2019, employees were not trained on the hazards associated with methylene chloride. Commercial Stainless Fabricators, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.1052(l)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1100435, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/05/2016, and 1374740, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/29/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 1035 Cobb Industrial Drive, Marietta, Georgia 30066.
