29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i):Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not protected from abrasions and/or opening openings through which conductors enter where not effectively closed: a) Electrical disconnect below spice mixing catwalk: On or about October 27, 2020, the employer exposed employees to electrical burns, shock and fire hazards from a 120 V 20 amp electrical circuit entering an electrical disconnect that was not protected from abrasion. a) spice mixing area upper catwalk in front of mixer 2: On or about October 27, 2020, the employer exposed employees to electrical burns, shock and fire hazards from a 120 V 20 amp electrical circuit traveling through a separated section of electrical conduit that was not protected from abrasion. iSpice Foods Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1302493, citation number 2, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/18/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 6450 US 43 Jackson, AL 36545.
