29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladder(s) were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed: a) Exterior of Building - Ground: Employee engaged in framing activities was exposed to an approximately 4 feet fall hazard while utilizing a step ladder in the closed position, on or about 10/7/20. JR Complete Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1302716, citation number 01, item number 2B and was affirmed as a final order on 4/27/18, with respect to a workplace located at 37 Mather Ave., Groton CT.
