29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: Osman "Alex" Inestrosa dba Lifetime Contractor Corp. does not ensure that employees use adequate fall protection when working at elevated heights.. This violation was most recently observed at 405 Franklin Turnpike, Mahwah, NJ, at instance (a): Employees engaged in roofing work were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 26 feet to the concrete below. The employer did not ensure the use of adequate fall protection for these employees, on or about 9/17/2020. (b): An employee engaged in roofing activities on a lower roof overhang was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 11ft to the ground below. The employer did not ensure the use of adequate fall protection for this employee, on or about 9/17/2020. To abate this violation the employer must ensure that its employees performing roofing activities re protected from fall hazards and that no employee is allowed to be exposed to fall hazards without utilizing adequate fall protection.
