29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): Employees were framing a multi-family residential structure greater than 6 feet above the ground without fall protection. This practice created a condition exposing them to fall hazards of greater than 6 feet to the ground below in that: (a) Four (4) employees on Building 3 ceiling joists without personal fall arrest systems being worn. (b) Two (2) employees on Building 3 ceiling joists wearing personal fall arrest systems without being tied off.
