29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: On or about 7/23/2020 throughout the facility, full time and temporary workers were exposed daily to chemical hazards where the employer failed to effective provide Global Harmonization training. Chemical exposures included but were not limited to Isopropyl Alcohol, ICM EM 10,000, Micro-step H-313, & Caustic Soda 50% Sodium Hydroxide.
