29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2): The employer did not verify, through a written certification, that the required workplace hazard assessment had been performed: A.) MSL Oil and Gas Corporation - On or about 4/6/20, and at times prior thereto, the company did not have a signed, written certification that a PPE Hazard Assessment had performed. Employees utilized PPE that included but were not limited to eye protection and flame resistant clothing (FRC). ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement
